Devon Larratt and John Brzenk, two of the greatest of the greats when it comes to the sport of arm wrestling will be seen against each other in the upcoming “King of the Table 2” event which is scheduled to take place on 11th December at the Millennium Place Barsha Heights in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and will serve as a successor to the jamboree event of “King of the Table 1” which took place back in May. Devon Larratt and John Brzenk rematch will be headlining KOTT 2

The main event of King of the Table 2 will feature the highly awaited rematch between Devon Larratt and John Brzenk. The two arm-wrestling giants were last seen against one another back in 2015 when Brzenk defeated Larratt at the World Armwrestling League to become the Right-Handed Champion (Heavyweight Division).

While the arm wrestling community awaits the return of Brzenk to the table, Devon ‘No Limits’ Larratt has already landed a stupendous performance earlier this year at KOTT 1.0, where the former Canadian Special Forces soldier dominated ‘Monster’ Michael Todd to win via unanimous decision (5-0). Even though his last encounter with Brzenk six years ago ended in a defeat for him, Larratt had shocked the arm wrestling world when he defeated Brzenk 6-0 in the 2008 Arm Wars Super Series.

Officially named by the Guinness Book of World Records, as the “Greatest Armwrestler of All Time”, John Brzenk has achieved it all when it comes to the sport. The 57-year-old veteran is the reigning UAL Right-Handed Champion (Heavyweight Division) which he won in 2011. Nicknamed “The Golden Boy”, Brzenk has proved his worth time and again on the table with impeccable pulling techniques that has etched his moniker as an elite and the world will witness his return to action this Saturday.

Aside from their own achievements that makes KOTT 2.0 a super-exciting contest, both Larratt and Brzenk has also contributed to the enthusiasm of their fanbases regarding their upcoming clash.

“For the next eight weeks, all that I will be thinking about is destroying him (Brzenk)” on the arm wrestling table,” Larratt said on his Instagram story following the announcement of the fight back in October, along with appraisal towards his opponent, “and I know John’s great, I believe he’s the greatest.”

On the other hand, Brzenk has hinted that he might retire from the sport of arm wrestling after he secures a victory over Larratt, just so that it might drive the latter crazy. “…I mentioned I would do that (retiring) just to really upset him (Devon),” said Brzenk during a recent interview with Aussie ArmWrestler.
