Nearly eight years after filing, the divorce settlement of Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez has been finalized.
As per PEOPLE, the pair, who co-parent 9-year-old Maceo, have come to an agreement regarding their divorce and custody, and part of the ruling states that Berry will have to pay $8000 per month to Martinez in child support, apart from sharing joint legal custody. On top of that, Berry will have to pay Martinez an additional “4.3% of any income she receives above $2,000,000.”
The Oscar winning Hollywood actress is also required to carry the costs of Maceo’s private school tuition, uniforms and school supplies, as well as any extracurricular activities and has agreed to pay her ex-spouse any of the aforementioned costs for the 2023-24 school year.
