YouTuber-turned-professional boxer Jake Paul has recently released his ‘boxing hit list’ which includes a number of the top pound for pound superstars in the sport today, and one of them is Gervonta Davis.
However, the WBA (Super) super featherweight, WBA (Regular) lightweight and WBA (Regular) super lightweight champion has not taken the gesture in a good sport and wants to be left alone, only for Jake’s own good.
Jake, who is 3-0 as a pro boxer and is slated to face former UFC Welterweight champion Tyron Woodley up next, released his eight-man hit list which he wants to target after settling the score with Woodley.

The list includes some of the most bizarre targets for ‘The Problem Child’, including Canelo Alvarez, Nate or Nick Diaz, Kamaru Usman, Tyson Fury, Conor McGregor, KSI and even his elder brother Logan Paul, aside from Gervonta.
However, ‘Tank’ did not receive being on Jake’s hit list in a good light and asked the 24-year-old to “better leave me tf alone” via a tweet.

someone has a SHORT temper: Jake responds to Davis
Jake was quick to respond in his theatrical manner, taking a dig at the 25-0 southpaw for being 5 ft 51⁄2 inches in height, saying that Davis won’t be getting clearance for taking rides at amusement parks.
“you’re just mad you’re not tall enough to ride the rides at the amusement park”, tweeted Jake.

Jake also followed up with an edited photo of Davis, taking another shot at his height. “someone has a SHORT temper @Gervontaa !!” he added.

Davis vs Paul is not expected to happen soon as ‘Tank’ is at almost at the end of Jake’s list, who is currently prepping for his squared circle showdown against Woodley on 30th August.
Although the difference in weight classes between Jake and Davis deems a professional bout impossible, an exhibition bout can still take place in a similar fashion to Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul.
Nevertheless, Jake might be overtaxing his own abilities with the sparring gloves, as his contenders so far have been non-boxers and while Woodley is a formidable opponent, he is still coming from an MMA background. However, facing off against someone like Davis, who is a pro boxer is a different ballgame.
