As Alonso was struggling with the pace at Miami GP Mike Krak revealed the problem he was facing during the hard compound tires as he revealed after the race.”The time came to stop, because the tires, those hard ones, were deflated, we had enormous vibrations. That’s why Fernando’s pace on hard ones was not really good,” he pointed out.
“Even if you have a faster car, we have seen it with others. That’s why we also decided to apply different strategies with the drivers. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, and with Fernando we had a bit of luck with the Virtual Safety Car, which It came to us at the right time,“ the team leader Mike Krack specified.
