EVA MARIE WILL RETURN TO THE WWE RING NEXT WEEK AT WWE RAW

Eva Marie will return at the next episode of Monday Night Raw. However, she may not be a performing superstar, and may play the role of a manager. She will, reportedly, be associated either with Mercedes Martinez or with Piper Niven, with the second being the most talked about option. However, Niven or Martinez may very well act as her muscle-figure as she wrestles as a heel, much like Commander Azeez is for Apollo Crews.

HER RETURN HAD BEEN EXPECTED SINCE LATE 2020

Since October 2020, several reports claimed evidences of her return to WWE, with the idea that she had been signed by the company and was at that point eyeing to hone her skills at the Performance Centre. On the May 3, 2021 episode of WWE Raw, the return was finally confirmed, when a vignette aired advertising her return. Similar vignettes kept airing over the month, in which she spoke of helping other superstars and promoted the imminent arrival of Evaluation, until the latest announcement of a set return date.

EVA MARIE WAS A PART OF WWE FROM 2013 TO 2017

She first signed a contract with WWE in 2013 and was assigned to WWE’s Performance Center in Orlando, Florida to begin her training. Marie then made main roster debut as the manager of The Bella Twins. She also began starring in the reality television series Total Divas as part of the main cast, where she would persist for six seasons. In mid-2015, she began wrestling as part of the NXT women’s division. There she managed to challenge Bayley for the NXT Women’s Championship, although she lost in her attempt, despite interference by Nia Jax.

Later, in April 2016, Eva Marie returned to the main roster, officially becoming a part of the SmackDown brand in July 2016. She started a character who did not want to wrestle and faked avoidances. Later, she left the company in 2017, delving further into fashion, modelling and acting.
