The coveted East vs West arm wrestling event series is all set to kick start the year with the 11th installment in the series- the highly anticipated East vs West 11 with another exciting fight card, consisting of arm wrestling’s crème de la crème from the eastern and western hemispheres.
Returning to Istanbul, the capital of Turkey next Saturday, 20th January, EvW 11 will feature another star-studded lineup, headlined by a super match between Todd Hutchings and David Dadikyan for the Light Heavyweight World Title (Right Arm).
From its initiation with the first East vs West event on 12th June 2021, there have been a total of ten events so far, with the latest one that is East vs West 10, taking place on 11th November last year. And now, the much-awaited 11th edition will also take place at The Green Park Pendik Hotel & Convention Center in Istanbul.
Hutchings was last seen in action against Kydyrgali Ongarbaev in a right arm contest at the East vs West 10 event back in November, where he dominated the Kazakh puller to a 5-0 victory.
The Armenian arm wrestling superstar David Dadikyan was featured on the East vs West 9 fight card back in August last year taking on Georgia’s Irakli Zirakashvili, and won the match 3-0.
