Back in May, Donna told People about her decision to become a mother later in her life. “I was very concentrated on my career, but at a certain point, I realized there was something missing — it was a child. So I went after it. I adopted her when she was four days old,” sais Donna.

“By that time, I was 54 and people said, ‘You’re going to be so old (to) have a little toddler running around.’ I never felt that. I never felt older than the other mothers who were probably in their 20s,” she added.

The actress studied at Garvy Elementary School and Taft High School. She got a double promotion at Garvy, then at an early age, she graduated from Taft.

Donna Mills started her career in acting on television in 1966 with a six-month stint on CBS daytime soap opera The Secret Storm, playing the role of Rocket.

The Nope actress is best known for portraying the character of Abby Cunningham on the primetime soap opera Knots Landing in 1980 and it was a regular show until 1989. Next to that, she came into view in a slew of made-for-television films before joining the cast of “General Hospital” in 2014. In 2015, she won a Daytime Emmy for that.
