Chelsea are set to host Manchester United in a huge Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, November 28.

Chelsea:

Under the guidance of Thomas Tuchel, the side has had an excellent season so far and are at the top of the Premier League table after winning nine of their first 12 league games and another win here will maintain their three-point lead over Manchester City. The Blues recently demolished Juventus in their Champions League outing this week with a comprehensive 4-0 victory.

Chelsea have injury woes following the Juventus game and could be without up to four players for the visit of Man United on Sunday.

N’Golo Kante and Ben Chilwell were both substituted on Tuesday after picking up knee injuries and will have to be assessed ahead of this weekend, while Kai Havertz could return after picking up a thigh injury against Leicester last weekend. Romelu Lukaku was fit enough to make the bench in midweek but could start on Sunday, although Mateo Kovacic (thigh) remains out.

Manchester United:

Manchester United will be playing their first league game since sacking Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after last Saturday’s shocking 4-1 loss to Watford. Michael Carrick is taking temporary charge of the team until an interim manager is signed. A win at Stamford Bridge would be a huge one as they look to close the gap on the top four. Red Devils secured a 2-0 victory at Villarreal in Champions League outing on Tuesday.

United will see the returns of Edinson Cavani (tendon) and Luke Shaw (concussion) against Chelsea, after both missed out against Villarreal to continue their recovery.

Raphael Varane and Paul Pogba (both thighs) are still unavailable, while Mason Greenwood will continue to self-isolate after testing positive for Covid-19. Harry Maguire begins his suspension after being dismissed against Watford last time out.

Waging Odds: Chelsea (1.55) vs Manchester United(5.75) (Draw 4.33)

Chelsea are favourites and are priced at 1.55, meaning if you bet ₹100 on them and if they win the match, you’ll be making ₹155.

Manchester United are priced at 5.75 and are the underdogs. Betting ₹100 on them will earn you ₹575 if they come out as winners.

The odds for a draw are placed at 4.33 Betting ₹100 on it will earn you ₹433 if the match is drawn.

Our Prediction:

Manchester United are currently in dire straits following the sacking of Solskjaer. Chelsea will certainly be eyeing to get the better of the Red Devils in their tough situation. The Blues are in great form recently but with Man United superstar Cristiano Ronaldo playing in the match, they are likely to emerge victorious by 2-1.
