Josh Gordon, the Seattle Seahawks wide receiver who underwent the sixth suspension of his NFL career since 2013, has been given clearance by the league to make appearances for the team for the last two games of the ongoing season.

Josh Gordon’s NFL career spanning 7 years has met its ups and downs. The former Patriots WR who became the Super Bowl champion in 2019, has often ended up on either his team or the league’s bad book over charges of substance abuse.

A 2012 2nd round supplemental draft pick, Josh Gordon stayed with the Browns until 2018 and made only one appearance for them in the 2018 season before he was picked by Patriots.

Gordon switched sides with the Seahawks in November last year, a month before his latest suspension. Till date, he has made 5 appearances for Pete Carroll’s side and was released by the club in March 2020, becoming a free agent. However, the 29-year-old returned to Lumen Field on 3rd September after the club re-signed him.
