NBA Week 15 April 2 Results: Scores, standings, match summary and highlights

The fifth matchday of Week 15 of the 2020-21 NBA season has concluded and it’s time to take a look back at the scores and highlights of the matches and standings of the teams.

Raptors 130 – 77 Warriors

Without Steph Curry and Draymond Green, Golden State Warriors succumbed to the biggest upset of this NBA season as Toronto Raptors dominated them at the Amalie Arena.

Pascal Siakam scored 36 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists, while Gary Trent Jr posted 24 points.

Knicks 86 – 99 Mavericks

Dallas Mavericks utilized the fourth quarter to paddle away to the reach of New York Knicks at the Madison Square Garden.

Luka Doncic posted 26 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists, followed by Jalen Brunson scoring 25. Knicks saw a double-double from Julius Randle.

Celtics 118 – 102 Rockets

Boston Celtics had an easy picking against the struggling Houston Rockets as they secured a victory at the TD Garden.

Jayson Tatum landed 26 points and 9 rebounds, while Jaylen Brown added 22 points and 11 rebounds.

Pacers 97 – 114 Hornets

With seven of their players scoring in double digits, Charlotte Hornets picked up their 25th win of this NBA season over Indiana Pacers at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

Miles Bridges posted 23 points and 10 rebounds, along with 17 points coming from Cody Zeller.

Grizzlies 120 – 108 Timberwolves

After a neck to neck first half, Memphis Grizzlies mauled down Minnesota Timberwolves in the second half to seal a victory at the FedExForum.

Jonas Valančiūnas led the hosts with 19 points and 11 rebounds. Wolves saw Karl-Anthony Towns scoring 30 points and 16 rebounds.

Pelicans 103 – 126 Hawks

After falling behind in the first quarter, Atlanta Hawks took grip of the game from Q2 onwards to finish with trouncing New Orleans Pelicans at the Smoothie King Center.

Bogdan Bogdanović and Kevin Huerter scored 26 and 24 respectively, with Clint Capela posting 14 points and 10 rebounds for the visitors.

Jazz 113 – 106 Bulls

Chicago Bulls attempted a catch up at the final quarter but Utah Jazz were far ahead of their grip who were victorious at the Vivint Smart Home Arena.

Donovan Mitchell scored 26, added with 19 points and 13 rebounds from Rudy Gobert. Bojan Bogdanović scored 18.

Trail Blazers 109 – 127 Bucks

A record-breaking spell from Giannis powered Milwaukee Bucks to thrash Portland Trail Blazers at the Moda Center.

Giannis scored a season-best 47 points along with 12 rebounds, while Jrue Holiday posted 22 points and 10 assists. Khris Middleton scored 20.

Kings 94 – 115 Lakers

Kyle Kuzma’s current NBA season-highest 30 points powered Los Angeles Lakers to outflank Sacramento Kings at the Golden 1 Center.

Alongside Kuzma, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored 13 points and 10 rebounds. Montrezl Harrell clocked 15 rebounds.

Suns 140 – 103 Thunder

The Devin Booker-Chris Paul combo helped Phoenix Suns in their rout of Oklahoma City Thunder at the Talking Stick Resort Arena.

Booker landed 32 points, while Paul added 17 points and 12 assists. Théo Maledon topped the visitors with 33 points.
