The Lions held on to beat the Rams 25-24 for Detroit’s first playoff win in 32 years. Stafford gave his all to snub Eminem’s plea, throwing for 352 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions. However, Stafford couldn’t steer his team to a victory.

Eminem’s initial message to Stafford on Saturday referenced the fact that the rapper performed during the Super Bowl LVI halftime show in February 2022. It was when Stafford won his first championship while leading the Rams to their first title in Los Angeles.

Stafford, what’d I say? You owe me this favor, bro,” Eminem said in a video posted on NBC’s Sunday Night Football account. “I was there for you when you won it. I was there for you. I was right there. I rapped for you Stafford. Bro, I rapped for you!”
