Neither Oleksandr Usyk, nor Andy Ruiz Jr, Tyson Fury is turning his attention back to the one fight he was once trying to secure- Anthony Joshua, and claims that he has already sent a draft contract to his fellow Briton.
After the cancellation of his fight against Usyk, Tyson Fury has been in charge of looking for the next opponent for a new defense of his WBC heavyweight title and, recently, launched a challenge to Joshua, the former unified WBA (Super), WBO and IBF champion in a fight that has been on the cards and wishlist of many.
In a recent post made on Instagram, “The Gypsy King” claimed that he has sent a draft contract to AJ, for a fight that would take place in September 2023 at Wembley Stadium in London.
“A few days ago i sent a draft contract to Anthony Joshua for a fight in September at Wembley Stadium its a fight that everyone wants to see including myself. Come of AJ lets give the world what they want to see. This time im not gonna make a million vids & keep putting pressure on. the ball is now on your side..” wrote Fury.

Eddie Hearn denies Tyson Fury sending any contract to Anthony Joshua
After the post from Fury went viral, promoter Eddie Hearn opened up and claimed that Joshua did not receive the contract that the undefeated WBC champion has claimed to have sent to him.
“First things first, we have been sent no contract. No contract has been sent,” Hearn told IFL TV. “Tyson Fury came out last night and said, ‘I have sent the contract to Anthony Joshua’s team’, he hasn’t, his team hasn’t, we’ve been sent no contract for a fight in September.” [H/T talkSPORT]
