Ryan Garcia has recently opened up about his alleged drug use. The 25-year-old has denied using cocaine but has admitted to having indulged in alcohol and Marijuana. Garcia is set to face Devin Haney for a junior welterweight title fight on April 20 in the squared circle in New York. During the press conference, Devin Haney accused “KingRy” of using cocaine as Garcia had a sore throat and sounded a bit strange than usual.
“I want to clarify some things. I don’t do cocaine. I would do a live drug test… I drink, and I smoke weed, and so has the majority of this room.”
“You finally got somebody that raised their hands saying I’m real, I’m like this, I do drink, I do smoke, now what? Guess what? We all have flaws, and we all evolve as people.”
Garcia did not hold back while speaking on the matter and had a straight-cut attitude while expressing his feelings on the alleged drug use.

Devin Haney and Ryan Garcia faced each other in a pre-fight press conference in Las Vegas. The event turned out to be a heated affair and ended with both fighters sharing an intense face-off before being separated by the UFC personnel.
Devin Haney spoke his mind about Ryan Garcia.
Devin Haney then went on to accuse Garcia of being drunk during the entire press conference. The ‘Dream’ even went on to suggest that Ryan Garcia’s unpreparedness for the fight may result in a postponement in the date of the fight in Las Vegas.
During an interview with Fight Hub TV, Haney explained his problem with Garcia and said:
“Ryan was at the m*****f******* press conference drunk as a skunk. Hopefully, he gets it together before April 20th, and I’m gonna have him punch drunk on the day. Ryan is trying to get the fight moved to a later date in Las Vegas. We can’t do it, what is he talking about?” Haney said.
These pre-fight trash talks are hyping up the fight even more and it is yet to be seen whether the fight gets postponed or if it will be fought on the same date.
