NBA Week 7 Feb 7 results: Scores, standings, match summary and highlights

The seventh matchday of Week 7 of the 2020-21 NBA season has concluded and its time to take a look back at the scores and highlights of the matches and standings of the teams.

Hornets 119 – 97 Wizards

Second and third quarter scoring sprees paced Charlotte Hornets ahead of Washington Wizards to a victory at the Spectrum Center.

Terry Rozier and Gordon Hayward secured 26 and 25 points respectively, while Miles Bridges clocked 14 rebounds for 11 points.

Pacers 95 – 103 Jazz

Utah Jazz cruised to their 19th victory this season with a comfortable win over Indiana Pacers at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

The in-form Donovan Mitchell landed 27 points, 9 rebounds and 11 assists for the visitors, while Rudy Gobert finished with 16 rebounds.

Knicks 103 – 109 Heat

A neck to neck battle was on the plate for Miami Heat but they still managed to stay ahead of New York Knicks to walk out as the winners at the Madison Square Garden.

With 11 rebounds and 5 assists, Bam Adebayo finished with 24 points, followed up with another double-double from Jimmy Butler, who was just one assist away from a triple-double.

Suns 100- 91 Celtics

Cruising ahead to an 8-point lead in the first quarter, Phoenix Suns kept the lead against Boston Celtics at the Talking Stick Resort Arena.

Both Deandre Ayton and Devin Booker finished with a double-double each, while Chris Paul contributed 15 points.

Clippers 110 – 113 Kings

WC top spot contenders Los Angeles Clippers were handed an upset at home as Sacramento Kings edged out the hosts at Staples Center.

De’Aaron Fox topped the scoreboard for the visitors with a score of 36, and Richaun Holmes finished with 10 rebounds for 12 points.

Portland Trail Blazers’ match against Charlotte Hornets was postponed.
