Jake Paul and Tommy Fury might have had their fight called off for the second time, but the grudge between the two is far from over, as Fury responded to Paul’s offer of $500K to take the fight to the UK by saying he won’t even get out of bed.

Jake Paul and Tommy Fury had their faceoff scrapped for the first time back in December last year when “TNT” pulled out citing chest infection and rib fracture and was replaced by Tyron Woodley. After much back and forth in the following months, the fight was then rebooked for 6th August at the MSG.

Unfortunately last week, Fury was not granted entry into the United States ahead of the press conference, due to the Fury family’s links with crime boss Daniel Kinahan and the country has imposed a travel ban on all fighters, managers and promoters who have had ties with Kinahan. The Briton was replaced by pro boxer Hasim Rahman Jr.

Let me know when you’re ready to have a serious conversation: Tommy Fury responds to Jake Paul’s $500K offer

Earlier today, Fury took to Twitter to say that he was “gutted” and “disappointed” at the situation, but said that he’s still hopeful to make the fight possible and is willing to face Paul in any neutral country.

“I’m gutted and disappointed in regards to the issues I have faced with entry into the USA. This is something that myself or my team could have never anticipated happening. This situation has been left with my lawyers as being denied entry to a country is obviously a very serious issue and it needs to be subsequently resolved. I am confident this fight will happen when this issue gets resolved and we come to a solution. I want to clarify that I will fight in a neutral country that both parties can enter. This can be any time, any place, any where,” Fury’s post on Twitter read.

Paul responded to Fury with a retweet, saying that he is willing to face the Briton right on his homeland- the UK, and offered him $500K. “I’m confident you are a scared little boy who doesn’t want to fight or understand business. I will pay you $500K to fight me in the UK. I will do it shortly after August 6. You accept?” wrote Paul.
