Drew Brees, who sustained multiple injuries against 49ers, has the cutest medical team helping him out!

Drew Brees left the pitch in the Sunday game against 49ers with multiple injuries. However, the Saints quarterback now has the cutest medical team to support him in the recovery- his children!

In a collision with 49ers defensive tackle Kentavius Street during the Saints’ 27-13 win at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Drew Brees sustained several chest injuries and was taken out of the game.

The diagnosis revealed that the veteran had a collapsed lung on his right side, as well as and multiple rib fractures on either side of his chest, on top of the three right side fractures Brees suffered in the Bucs game last week. Moreover, a shoulder injury is also reported.

Drew Brees has the “best medical team in the world”

Now, while the 41-year-old is on the verge of missing the next few weeks of play, Brees has taken to social media for a wholesome post for the Saints fans, regarding his recovery.

On Monday, Drew Brees shared a photo on his Instagram, where the QB is seen together with three of his kids, who are doing their duties as the doctor and medical officials with some toy equipment.

In the photo, Brees is seen with a plastic respirator device, while one of his sons is seen holding a toy stethoscope diagnosing his chest and his daughter checking his ears, while another son keeps notice.

“Who Dat Nation: I’ve got the best medical team in the world…will be back in no time!” Brees captioned the photo.

Brees left the pitch on Sunday during on a second-down play in the second quarter and went 8/13 with 76 passing yards, as well as a touchdown pass to Alvin Kamara.

26-year-old Jameis Winston, who came in and went 6/10 with 63 passing yards is expected to replace Brees in the coming weeks. Taysom Hill is also slated as a potential sub.

The victory against 49ers marked the sixth straight win for Saints. With 7 wins and 2 losses so far this season, they are now leading NFC South and will be hosting Falcons up next.
