Co-Op Live is set to become the UK’s largest and latest live entertainment arena. The new 365 million Euros stadium is backed by Harry Styles and Bruce Springsteen, the arena is being built by BAM Construct UK and is being led by a joint venture between City Football Group and Los Angeles-based Oak View Group.
The grandeur and futuristic design of the Arena remind fans of the T-Mobile arena in Las Vegas. Though the project was originally expected to be completed within December 2023, it got rescheduled and now it is set to open its doors for the first time in April 2024. Test events for the venue are planned to be staged in April with an exact date for the first act open to the paying public due to be announced in the coming months.

Can the Co-Op Live compete with T-Mobile Arena?
After the news of the brand new Co-Op live broke out fans all over the internet are wondering if it can be a competition to the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The T-Mobile Arena is also a multi-purpose venue that hosts world-class events with something for everyone – from UFC, boxing, hockey, basketball, and bull riding to high-profile awards shows and music concerts of some of the best musicians across the globe.
It has a seating capacity of 20,000 making it one of the biggest Arenas around and almost 375 Million dollars were invested to build the Stadium. Both the Co-Op Live and the T-Mobile Arena are works of art.
It would be unfair to compare them as the co-Op live is a much more recent structure whereas the T-Mobile arena was opened 8 years ago back in 2016. Anyhow the Co-Op Live is an excellent mega structure that will simply open doors for some of the biggest sporting and music events in the country.
