Britney Spears was stuck on the LA Highway on Tuesday night after her white Mercedes-AMG SL 63 ran out of gas. She was safely rescued by the cops after calling them around 10 in the night before her husband Sam Asghari arrived on the spot.
It is already a difficult time for everyone with the rising gas prices and in the meantime, Britney Spears found herself stuck on the busy highway of Los Angeles after the gas tank of her own Mercedes had gone empty.
Cops arrived at the scene after receiving a call from Britney Spears
According to a report from TMZ, the 40-year-old musician was found blocking the third southbound lane on the 101 highway in her white Mercedes. The law enforcement officers acknowledged the occurrence of the north of Balboa Blvd rapidly after receiving the call from the singer around 10 pm on Tuesday night.
The police detailed that Spears was found sitting in the back of a passerby’s vehicle in the lane beside her own car, which was pushed to safety after California Highway Patrol halted the traffic. She was accompanied by the police officers until her husband Sam Asghari arrived at the scene.
“Once in a safe location, Mrs. Spears related she was okay and thanked CHP officers for the help. Officers waited with Mrs. Spears until private assistance arrived,” read the police report, stating that Asghari arrived shortly thereafter. [H/T Popculture.com]

This is not the first time Spears has found herself in trouble regarding vehicles. Back in March, she was ticketed by the agency for driving at an “unsafe speed for prevailing conditions.”
The “Princess of Pop” has had a couple of ups and downs the previous year as her 13-year conservatorship was finally terminated. Spears and her new husband Asghari, 28, tied the knot in early June. They met in 2016 on the set of Spears’ “Slumber Party” music video.
Recently, Britney endorsed the popular phrase “Sun’s out, buns out” by sharing nude pictures of herself swimming but made sure that some parts of her body were hidden by changing the photos. She added some deliberate dots, in one photo. In another one, she crossed off her rear.
