Angel Garza, the WWE Raw star has astonishingly captured WWE 24/7 Championship at Tik Tok USA’s New Year’s Eve party live stream.

The 24/7 title can be defended at any place and anytime. We have seen the previous instances when it has been put up for grabs at bizarre places from time to time. Similar incident happened when Garza clinched the title.

He pinned R-Truth for a three count to win the title at Tik Tok USA’s New Year’s Eve party live stream. WWE took to their Twitter account and shared the incident. R-Truth, who has had 43 reigns of the 24/7 title was rolled up for the pin by Angel Garza.

Prior to that, the former Cruiserweight Champion had sneaked up on him from behind. New Day members, Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston were also at the spot when the bout happened.

Garza then wished the WWE Universe a ‘Happy New Year’ and rushed away with the title. It was during this chaos that Xavier Woods’ favourite trombone was broken which left him sobbing on the floor.

R-Truth on the other hand would start the new year with empty hands and might have his new year resolution to reclaim the title.

Angel Garza would be a happy man going into the new year with his hands on a brand new title, the WWE 24/7 Championship.

This is for the very first time tha he has held another title apart from Cruiserweight Championship and it is also his first reign as 24/7 Champion.

He took to Twitter as well and reminded the WWE Universe how this is for the second time in his WWE career that he is ending a year with a championship gold with him.

His reign as the Cruiserweight Champion in NXT had ended back in 2019. He unsuccesfully defended the title against Jordan Devlin at the Worlds Collide event.

Following that he made his main roster debut on Monday Night Raw and curently is also a part of the same brand.
