In 2019 it was purchased through an unnamed trust that evidently has a connection with the actress. So it was rumored it is Heard’s house. At that time it was purchased with the amount of just over $570k for the desert digs as reported by TMZ.
TMZ spoke with the present owner of the home, and he said revealed that he’d been dealing with Heard’s team on this deal, but never with her in person. Heard departs with almost double what she paid for it three years ago, a profit of about $480k.
In the judgment Heard was ordered to pay $8.3M, although she is trying to appeal it. Her team persists she is unable to afford it. At the time of the six-week trial which was highly publicized, both took the stand and threw allegations of sex, drugs, and abuse at one another.
