After weeks of speculations regarding his contract, Adam Cole finally made a switch to Tony Khan’s AEW. His first offense in AEW came against Jungle Boy after he connected with a devastating superkick on the 24-year old. Cole then pulled off a swerve and re-joined The Elite after they parted ways several years ago.

Speaking on the All Out Post-Show Media Scrum, Adam Cole revealed the stars he wants to face in AEW, but Jungle Boy was first on his list. Here is what he said:

“There are definitely some people I’m looking forward to stepping into the ring with,” said Cole. “Number one is the gentleman that I kicked tonight and that’s Jungle Boy. He is an incredibly talented young man with a huge future and a guy I would love to kick in the face again.”

He did not stop just there and he continued to name some more stars for potential matches in the future. Adam Cole said:

“But, oh my gosh, Darby Allin, MJF, CM Punk, Christian Cage,” Cole added. “So many different options, so many different choices. Really, I can’t think of anyone on this roster who I wouldn’t look forward to facing, except for The Elite.”

Adam Cole is likely to be making an appearance on this week’s AEW Dynamite this Wednesday. The roster is improving more with time and AEW seems to be heading into its next major show: AEW Dynamite Grand Slam which is expected to be another success.

After Cole attacked Jungle Boy, The Elite seemingly got the upper hand over the babyface side at the NOW Arena in Chicago. But moments later, it was Bryan Danielson who walked out to a huge reception from the crowd and was able to even the odds to close the show.
