As per the publication, Bundchen told: “This is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present. I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again. But ultimately, I feel that everybody has to make a decision that works for [them]. He needs to follow his joy, too.”

Also on Tuesday, Brady mentioned the impact of his playing for decades in the NFL in terms of his priorities in his podcast “Let’s Go!” with co-host Jim Gray.

“I haven’t had a Christmas in 23 years and I haven’t had a Thanksgiving in 23 years, I haven’t celebrated birthdays with people that I care about that are born from August to late January. And I’m not able to be at funerals and I’m not able to be at weddings,” Brady told Gray. “I think there comes a point in your life where you say: ‘You know what? I’ve had my fill and it’s enough and time to go on, to move into other parts of life.’”

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen is so famous she does not need any last name. For the first time in years, Bündchen brought herself to a fashion shoot. And this time, her youngest child was old enough to take in the whirlwind of activity that surrounds the unique skills of her mother. “She saw me with all these different hairdos and makeup—she didn’t understand why,” says Bündchen, laughing in her distinctive, throaty tone. “She’s like, ‘Mommy, you look so much prettier without all that! Why are they touching you? Can they stop?’ ” Her response was simple to her confused daughter. “Listen, this is fashion!”

The model likes the shift from the all out step of her twenties to the quiet family routines of her thirties to cresting a mountaintop and later coming down into a valley. Bündchen handled it gladly. “I’m so grateful to have been there in those moments that were really shaping who they are as people,” she says of her children’s early years.

Presently her kids are old enough, and the model is ready to start climbing mountains once more.
