The lawsuit, which was filed in San Juan, Puerto Rico, which accuses Dennis Yadiel Sánchez is endeavoring to “assassinate [Martin’s] reputation and integrity,” and that the allegations were made “maliciously, without any probable cause, with serious disregard for the truth and knowing that they were false.”

Sánchez had filed a restraining order against Grammy winner Martin in July, claiming that he’d had an incestuous relationship of seven months with his uncle, who he also claimed was presently stalking and harassing him. Martin denied the shocking allegations and his nephew withdrew his claims, “admitt[ing] under oath that he had never been sexually assaulted by Plaintiff.”

Concerning the lawsuit, Sánchez has pursued his campaign of harassment, which includes posting his personal mobile number of Martin in social media and also by creating an Instagram account for one of the underage children of the Maria singer Martin.
