On Wednesday, actor and singer Ricky Martin filed a lawsuit against his nephew in charge of incest allegations in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The Wrap confirmed the news that actor Ricky Martin has filed a lawsuit against his nephew for USD 20 million following the hindmost alleged him of sexual abuse. As per the reports of TMZ, the singer filed the suit in San Juan, Puerto Rico on Wednesday.
The lawsuit arrives almost one month following Martin’s 21-year-old nephew Dennis Yadiel Sanchez took back his constraining instruction opposing Ricky.
The lawsuit, which was filed in San Juan, Puerto Rico, which accuses Dennis Yadiel Sánchez is endeavoring to “assassinate [Martin’s] reputation and integrity,” and that the allegations were made “maliciously, without any probable cause, with serious disregard for the truth and knowing that they were false.”
Sánchez had filed a restraining order against Grammy winner Martin in July, claiming that he’d had an incestuous relationship of seven months with his uncle, who he also claimed was presently stalking and harassing him. Martin denied the shocking allegations and his nephew withdrew his claims, “admitt[ing] under oath that he had never been sexually assaulted by Plaintiff.”
Concerning the lawsuit, Sánchez has pursued his campaign of harassment, which includes posting his personal mobile number of Martin in social media and also by creating an Instagram account for one of the underage children of the Maria singer Martin.
Sánchez is regarded as a “maladjusted individual,” as per the suit which is seeking $20 million as recompensating for lost multi-million deals and damage to the good reputation of Martin.
Currently, Martin feels “unsafe” in his home country of Puerto Rico and he also wants to prohibit Sanchez from communicating with him and his family, “either personally, by telephone and/or through social networks.”
