Following the crash between the new Japanese entry and a renowned F1 driver Kamui Kobayashi and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. at COTA, a gesture shocked the commentators from the booth when Kevin Harvick reacted to the incident by saying, “Well, we’ve got quite the kerfuffle right there.”

The word “kerfuffle” shocked his fellow commentator and left him in surprise in response Kevin Harvick heard saying “Well, it’s my word of the week..”

Aftermath of the crash

Kamui Kobayashi, the talented Japanese driver, made his debut in the NASCAR Cup Series at the Indianapolis Road Course last season. Despite finishing 33rd, he returned in 2024 with renewed determination, racing for 23XI Racing.
