As all of Jake Paul’s fights get their build-ups, it was expected that the celebrity boxer’s upcoming encounter with Tommy Fury, but in between the two pugilists setting up the verbal clashes ahead of the fight, Tommy’s father John Fury has stepped in with a fiery statement that has stolen the limelight. During a recent press conference, which also saw the presence of Tyson Fury, John lashed out at Jake, saying that not only Tommy will defeat him on 18th December, but will also take his girlfriend Julia Rose and do her ‘like a dog’.
After months and months of back and forth added with verbal clashes between the two, Jake Paul and Tommy Fury are going to be settling the scores as the two are now confirmed to be facing each other inside the squared circle on 18th December in Miami. Two of the biggest celebrity boxers to come up in recent years, both Jake Paul and Tommy Fury have been featured previously on the same card on 28th August when Jake fought Tyron Woodley, with Tommy fighting Jake’s training partner Anthony Taylor on the undercard.

Both Jake and Tommy have gone at each other on social media in the recent past, and things turned up a couple of notches when ‘The Problem Child’ virtually joined the press conference hosted by John and Tommy Fury, from his poolside.
“Shut up schoolboy and speak when you’re spoken to,” an infuriated John said to Jake during the press conference. When Jake replied that John was upset about getting banned from visiting the US, the Briton was agitated even more.
“Shut up! You’re with the big dogs now puppy, before you get bit,” Fury Sr went on, “Now you’re swearing now? You know, when Tommy knocks you out, he’s gonna bend your girlfriend over and do her like a dog.”
To which, Jake responded, “You’re cringe as f**k.” [H/T SPORTbible]
