YouTuber turned pro boxer Jake Paul believes despite all the conversations, his fellow celebrity pugilist Olajide Olayinka Williams “JJ” Olatunji aka KSI will never actually accept to step in the squared circle against him.
Jake Paul says KSI is doing fight talks to promote Swarmz and Pineda bouts
Two of the biggest names in celebrity boxing, KSI and Jake Paul, are in discussions for an upcoming match. Since KSI locked horns with Jake’s older brother Logan Paul, the two have been taking shots at one another. There is a possibility of the two stepping inside the squared circle at the Wembley Stadium sometime next year and KSI has even mentioned a potential clash with Conor McGregor.
KSI will be seen in action on 27th August at the 2 Fights 1 Night boxing event at the O2 Arena- taking on two opponents on the same night. The event will kick off with KSI taking on Swarmz on the undercard, and ‘The Nightmare’ native will return once again in the main event against Pineda. His younger brother Deji Olatunji is also featured on the card, taking on Fousey.
In spite of their verbal agreement for a fight in 2023, Paul recently took to Twitter to share his belief that KSI is just using his fame to promote his fights against Swarmz and Pineda and won’t actually face him.
“KSI will never fight me. That is obvious and I’m ok with it. He is trying to hype his exhibition fights,” Paul tweeted on Friday.

Paul’s tweet comes after the two had a fiery exchange on the platform a couple weeks back when they both nodded to a ‘winner-take-all’ style fight at the English capital next year. Paul had given KSI a condition that he will only accept the offer if he calls ‘The Problem Child’ a better boxer, which the Briton accepted.
“I’m gonna send you a contract. We fight next year. Wembley Stadium. Winner of the fight takes all. 100% of the purse will be on the line. Put your money where your mouth is and let’s finally end this. Will you accept?” wrote KSI.
