It will be on March 10th at Luna Park in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where local superstar Evelyn Bermúdez (17-1-1, 6 KO) and the Mexican Tania Enríquez (20-0-0, 9 KO) will dispute the vacant WBO and IBF light flyweight titles.
Winner of Evelyn Bermúdez vs. Tania Enríquez could contest for undisputed title against Jessica Nery
In the process, the women’s light flyweight title could be undisputed this year, since Jessica Nery Plata, the WBC, and WBA champ, will be joined by the winner of Bermúdez vs. Enríquez – holding the WBO and IBF belts.
OR Promotions confirmed the contest between Bermúdez, the IBF titleholder, and Enríquez, the WBO champion who hopes to retain her undefeated record against her Argentine adversary.

Both are from a family of boxers and with ex-champion sisters. “La Chula” Enríquez has the example of Kenia, former WBC interim light flyweight monarch, and Evelyn has Daniela Bermúdez, world champion in four divisions, in her family.
On the other hand, “Little Princess” Bermúdez comes to this fight with a loss, against Yokasta Valle, the first setback of her career that left her with a record of 17-1-1 with 6 knockouts.
Tania, for her part, presents an undefeated step in 20 fights, including three last year, and is looking for victory in her first title fight.
The duel between Evelyn Bermúdez and Tania Enríquez will be for the light flyweight titles that were held by Argentina, but which she lost last November with Yokasta Valle.
The Costa Rican, also a WBO and IBF champion at minimum weight, decided to stay at 105 pounds and vacated the 108-pound titles.
Thus, Evelyn and Tania will dispute both scepters on March 10 in Buenos Aires and the winner will join Jessica Nery as champions in this division.
Jessica Nery was the WBA champion and in her first defense she unified the WBC champion by defeating Kim Clavel on January 13th.
Thus, the winner of the clash between Evelyn and Tania could seek a fight to seek the undisputed title with Nery.
