On June 18, 2024, she was arrested following an altercation at the Dierks Bentley-themed Whisky Row bar in Nashville. The incident involved a security guard, public intoxication, and a series of unfortunate events.

Close to midnight, security personnel at Whiskey Row noticed Wichalonis on the ground, detained by fellow guards. Officers arrived at the scene and observed signs of impairment and alcohol on her. The reason? She allegedly attempted to sneak her boyfriend into the facility, which led to a confrontation with the security guard.
