Tennessee Titans’ sales executive, Mary-Kate Wichalonis, found herself in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons. On June 18, 2024, she was arrested following an altercation at the Dierks Bentley-themed Whisky Row bar in Nashville. The incident involved a security guard, public intoxication, and a series of unfortunate events.
Close to midnight, security personnel at Whiskey Row noticed Wichalonis on the ground, detained by fellow guards. Officers arrived at the scene and observed signs of impairment and alcohol on her. The reason? She allegedly attempted to sneak her boyfriend into the facility, which led to a confrontation with the security guard.
The security guard recounted that when he tried to remove Wichalonis, she became irate. In a fit of rage, she struck him six times in the head before her colleagues intervened. Another guard corroborated this account.
As a result of her actions, Wichalonis faced charges of assault and public intoxication. She was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 19, 2024. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,100, and she was released from custody pre-trial.
